STNG ALERTS ::
Mettawa resident and Chicago journalist Bill Kurtis raises cattle on grass, which results in healthier, better quality beef. Kurtis, who founded Tallgrass Beef three years ago, will speak at FamilyFarmed EXPO.

Bruce Ingram Movie Review
It's hard to know if there's much solace for James Bond in the vengeance-driven outing "Quantum of Solace" — he tends to be sort of tight-lipped on the subject of his innermost feelings — but he definitely gets a brisk workout.
